The CRC U19 High Performance Program is designed for driven junior athletes seeking a professional training environment grounded in proven coaching, individualized development, data-driven training, technical excellence, and long-term athlete progression.
Modeled on international high-performance principles, CRC provides a junior pathway toward collegiate, U23, national team, and international development.

Summer 2027 Inaugural Program
CRC Summer High Performance Program
The CRC Summer High Performance Program is designed for athletes who want to train in a professional daily environment focused on speed, progression, and long-term development. Athletes will train through a structured performance block built around technical improvement, physiological development, race execution, and individual progression planning.
Summer Launch Block:
June–August 2027
Focus: Technical speed, aerobic development, national championship preparation, and sculling performance
Program Format: 12-week performance cycle
Target Competition: Royal Canadian Henley Regatta
